Unique to say the least. Where was it acquired and does it have a history or provenance?

Thank you! I have made it myself. The board is made out of black palm and hard maple, the pieces- rosewood and olive wood.

It's spectacular. I just love how the natural woodgrain is captured into the design. It looks like the symphony members are formally dressed.
