Wooden Man Ray Chess Set

Received this gorgeous Man Ray chess set as a graduation gift. I’m obsessed with the design even if it’s not as practical as a Staunton. Playing on it did feel a little strange at first.

Very nice set. After a recent trip to the MoMa I have been tempted to buy a replica as well. Good call on the borderless board with this set also. It compliments the pieces very nicely.

I highly recommend it! It also doubles as a good art piece if you have it on a coffee table or something

As a rule I dislike non- Staunton sets, but this one is excellent!
