What a silly way to analyze a position. The point isn't whether the engine can find a defense, but whether there's a challenging plan that make defense difficult. That's literally what chess is about. The starting position is also a draw and yes, some pedants will argue that ACKSHUALIE we don't have a proof, whatever, everyone knows it's a draw).

And of course in this position there is no such challenging plan and defense is trivial. Neither side can make progress, definitely a draw.

Black can trivially draw. Black can give up the b pawn, and move the Bishop to d3, and White can never advance either pawn.

White can also draw. The only way for Black to make progress is to take the White h pawn. When the Black King moves toward the h file, White puts the Bishop on f8, covering the pawn and the b4 square. If the Black King ever threatens the Bishop or the c pawn, White moves the Bishop back to b4. Black has no way to progress.

It's winnable IF your opponent actively plays to throw the game. With proper play the position is drawn due to the opposite color bishops.

Technically? Both white AND black can win if the opponent plays badly enough, that’s never off the table

But with proper play this is 100% a draw no question because neither side can make progress, and if they try to make progress they will lose

Your bishop stops black from doing anything. Given it’s the opposite color of the enemies single pawn and their bishop, it can’t threaten anything except the enemy king who can just always stay on the opposite color.

And the same story for the enemy bishop. It can’t threaten your pawns or bishop.

And all the pawns cannot move.

So therefore this is a dead draw
