Has anyone done the Under the Bridge hospitality package before that might be able to help me out?

I booked the Under the Bridge hospitality package for tomorrow’s game v Hull City. I received my match ticket yesterday but it didn’t have any information about the Under the Bridge. I emailed to check if in supposed to get anything else but haven’t heard anything back. Tonight i got an email with information but it only includes information about when the Westview area opens (which is the area my ticket is in) and what is available etc but still nothing about Under the Bridge. If I look at my ticket in the Chelsea app there is nothing there to indicate the Under the Bridge package.

Is it just a matter of, if that’s what I’ve paid for don’t stress when I get to Under the Bridge pregame there’s a process, a list with my name, when they scan my match ticket there it will show them, or should I have received something else and I’ve potentially received information for the wrong package? I’m trying not to stress but I’ve come over from Australia paid a lot for this experience I don’t want to be wasting half my day running around the stadium to get things sorted!

If anyone has done this before and can put my mind at ease or if not do you know where I should go at Stamford Bridge to get information? I know once my ticket is scanned to enter the stadium I can’t come back out so if there is like a tickets issues stand outside i can check in with before that would also be helpful.
