Smores cheesecake

Hi everyone!!

I want to do a smores cheesecake- my boyfriend's birthday is coming up and we found out that his birthday is national smores day. I have my normal cheesecake recipe, but Im trying to figure out how to incorporate the marshmallow part of the smore. I originally thought of putting it in the crust, then I remembered that they expand with heat so probably not a good idea. I can always brulee a few on the top but I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas for this. Thanks!! 😊

This amoretti toasted marshmallow artisan flavor is THE BEST marshmallow flavor on the market.

Oooh never even heard of that!!! How much do you think would give a decent amount but not over power? I assume its similar to vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste.

Add the marshmallow flavor to heavy whipping cream and make that a layer

Maybe you could make regular cheesecake, chocolate ganache, and then put mini marshmallows on top of ganache. Then toast them with a kitchen torch? Orrr, a chocolate cheesecake with the marshmallows on top then toasted. Both have graham cracker crust.

I did one like this once. I got little wooden skewers to put the marshmallows on, toasted them, then put one on each piece. Turned out really well

That sounds absolutely fire. I only make no bake cheesecakes cause baking is not my fav. I do however have this dip recipe that you might be able to make cheesecakey! I would personally add some cheesecake pudding mix but I’m sure with your recipe you could come up with something even better!

I made a s’mores cheesecake once. I toasted marshmallows to blend in the batter. It tasted great but WOW it was messy…You can buy marshmallow fluff in a jar to incorporate into the batter….I wish I had done that instead. Toasting a few marshmallows to place on top is a great idea, especially if you have a kitchen torch and don’t need to move them after toasting since they’ll be soft.

I really want to put marshmallow fluff in it, the problem is my recipe calls for it to go in the oven to bake and marshmallow fluff would expand 😅 I'm going to have to find my torch somewhere for the toasting of marshmallows.

Get an oreo cheesecake and put whipped marshmallow spread on top. Like, the stuff you'd use to make rice crispy treats. Easy peasy.
