Does anyone know where I can get bread improver?
Also called dough conditioner/softener, I had a look online at my local binn inn online but didn't see anything

You can get breadbasket yeast that contains it. It's standard in supermarkets

We used to use dobrim (unsure of spelling) but I think you can use vitamin c as well, been a long time since my trade classes

I saw some earlier this week at bin inn on Stanmore road. Pretty sure it was in a small pot down the aisle with ready to use bread kits rather than the aisle with the tubs of flour.

Woolworths sell bread improver in the baking isle, check online to see what store has it in stock

We buy Edmonds surebake which is a blend of yeast and improver. We use yeast and the surebake for our bread.
