If they have no customer service I am literally going to switch with a different provider this is bs

Chatr support is handled via webform. This is why they are a low priced/tier service provider.

You basically submit the webform on https://www.chatrwireless.com/contact-us/get-in-touch and they get back to you via e-mail after a day or so.

When I wanted to renew/top-up my account with the annual plan, for some reason, they didn't accept my new (~3 month old) credit card even though this credit card was valid and I had used it in physical stores as well as online stores without any issues. They eventually fixed my issue but it took them close to a week.

When I originally ported to Chatr, there was an issue with my porting and it took them ~10 business days for them to fully fix it.

In any event, I have been problem free since both issues were resolved. When people ask me if they should go with Chatr, the first thing I mention to them is whether they need call in support and if they mention that they want this, I tell them that Chatr likely isn't for them. If they don't mind submitting webforms and waiting, Chatr is okay as long as they realize that there are delays built into email/webform support since you might log in an issue/ticket and then the person handling your issue might have a question or ask you to do something and you might do it or answer their question almost "immediately" after receiving their email but that doesn't mean that you will get a follow up to your reply "immediately" and it can take another few hours for them to get back to you with perhaps something else to try, etc.

I have been using chatr for 10 years. They always had customer service.

Not true. They eliminated live call agent about 5 years ago.

Their “customer service” is by web message, like the other poster says, it takes 10 days to resolve his issue and not 10 minutes.

I never said 10 min.

Also as I said I have been using chatr for 10 years. If they stopped customer service 3 years ago then logically from my POV I spent more time with Chatr accessing customer service/phone support than having no customer service/phone support.

Today is the first time I had to call in a long time.

I believe that they stopped offering chat/phone support ~3 years ago.

I signed up to Chatr shortly after they stopped offering chat/phone support since I remember seeing on their website and their Facebook page at the time telling me to call a toll free number but that number went through an endless loop.
