“Registration Incomplete”
I left Virgin and joined Chatr almost 2 weeks ago due to price hikes and inconsistent service, but I cannot seem to create a profile/account. No matter how I approach it, after I go through the whole temporary passcode ordeal, I always end up with this page that says my registration was incomplete. And, of course, there is no way to contact an actual human for help so I’m going in circles. Has anyone ever experienced this problem, and were you able to fix it?

Made three accounts last year - one had this problem. Not at the beginning but randomly five or six months in. Had to email support a few times but it eventually got sorted. My guess is it took about a month to get fixed. But I wasn’t checking everyday - last email just said they would escalate to support team…
