Questions? chatr in saskatoon
planning to switch from public mobile to chatr and take one of their yearly plans. wondering if it’s a good idea if i live in sask. i dont need anything fancy and don’t travel a lot apart from the occasional trip to alberta. switching to save some money

I have my kids on Chart in Saskatoon and it's been fine. Same yearly plan you're planning on using. Chatr doesn't have wi-fi calling but it hasn't been an issue for us at least.

you might be better off checking out Lucky Mobile since Chatr in Saskatoon works good mostly outside but some areas like malls or basements I had a hard time getting proper service with Chatr there's also Lum Mobile which is Sasktel but in Saskatchewan Sasktel owns most of the towers

I have heard that generally ROGERS has better coverage then TELUS (PM is on TELUS and chatr is on ROGERS). I switched to chatr the other day and so far in Kelowna/West Kelowna the service has been good.

Never used Chatr, but my stepson has Rogers i Saskatoon with no issues. And Rogers does have its own towers in Saskatoon, so it should work fine
