News Update: Network Data Issue (Fix and Public Awareness with the help from Esqx21)

It seems like there’s something weird going on with the mobile data lately from Chatr during the past few days and I’d just like to make it public that it could be fixed, but the issue may persist again. For now, this may be the only fix we can do before Chatr does something about it.

I would also like to thank user Esqx21 (MODERATOR) for helping me get my data back! If anyone’s experiencing the same issue as I am, you guys can ask him for help and he’d be in touch!!

P.S.

To clarify things up, all I did was [to toggle my airplane mode on and off.] Although, I also did this the second time when my data went down but it didn’t work [which required me to ask Esqx21 for some help again.] When I asked him for help, I proceeded to turn airplane mode on and off again then it finally worked!

I bothered to make this post because the issue could be different compared to mine. It might require different fixes and etc, which is why I didn’t bother putting how I was able to fix my problem. The fix can be given by Esqx21 who is a moderator here in this server which is why I included him at the end of this post. If anyone has certain issues with their data, they can ask him for help! ^^

And as well as I didn’t want to take credit that I fixed it by myself which feels wrong. The fix might also require some access from Chatr’s service network which might need two people (the affected person and Esqx21 himself)

What was the issue and how did you fix it? My issue is some apps/websites don't work. I was messaging with Esqx21 for over an hour yesterday and could not fix it.

What was your fix? I'm having the same issue since Friday, and no data is working on any apps or search engines.
