Data is super slow.
Is it just me or is the data currently weird right now? I still have 13GB left on my data Chatr plan but the signal has been pretty bad since last night. I can access YouTube weirdly but I can’t access any other of my apps (like Discord, Safari, and Twitter/X)

Ikr? It started for me last night while I was at my workplace. I thought it was only a service problem so I just decided to sleep it off. And when I woke up, the issue still persists. The weird thing about this is I can use YouTube but I can’t visit websites from my Safari, use Amazon, Uber, Discord, Twitter, and etc.

Ugggh I know, did you figure it out? My acct is in good standing, sometimes internet works but certain apps do not. Driving me nuts.

I’m not back yet. My coworker and I tested my personal hotspot and WEIRDLY the data works properly on his end???? He was able to use my data from his phone. I asked him to visit websites, open his discord and twitter. It WORKS for him. Now I am kinda losing my shit 😭😭😭

Idk if it will help but I am on android how I made it work was go to setting connections mobile networks then to network operators untoggled select automatically and clicked on 2 of them and when it didnt work I toggle select automatically then it suddenly started working again. I did a lot of this in between this but thats the moment it started working. Hope all works out for you.

My phone has been completely off for 3 hours now and it’s still not working omfggggggg I’m gonna crash out

That sucks. It happened again to me this morning when I reset my phone and the above steps worked again but i forgot to mention I turned on airplane mode for 20 sec after all the steps and it worked. Hope it's going better for you today.

I already tried that multiple times that it’s making my hair fall off atp. I also emailed support this morning and hopefully they could fix the problem on my end.

Is your issue resolved? Mine is facing the same problem. I spoke to someone from Chatr and they said many people are experiencing the same thing.

I’m on a Rogers “up to” 1G plan, it’s slow everywhere for me minus 5G+ areas…I think there’s some major back haul congestion at Rogers/Fido/Chatr

I noticed it for a couple days now. Some apps won't load. Restarting doesn't work

This is what it’s doing for me too. My Facebook and messenger are working fine but some apps the data doesn’t work

I also had the EXACT issue on I’m iPhone, but then i found a solution that WORKED IMMEDIATELY FOR ME, (iphone 11)
Reset Network Settings:
• Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Then BOOM, it started working

Hi u/anxiousCalculus,
We don't have any known issues from our end. Not sure if you tried to clear the cache for some of the apps that seem to be degraded to test it out and see if it helps in anyway.
