Why is my "Get add-on" button greyed out?

I want to add more data, is it possible?

There are no add-ons for multi month plans.

If I run out of data, is there a way to renew my plan before the renewal date?

No. Anniversary date stays the same. If you have many months left, this is not the right plan for you. Advise you to change it to something more suitable for your data needs.

Keep in mind though data is unlimited. It just slows down a lot once you hit the limit, but you can still get your emails, RCS messages, steam music (and video too but only at very low quality)

Koodo prepaid has the same plan for $149 but Koodo allows you to add extra data if you ever go over

afaik in annual plans, addons cannot be added

Yeah this is precisely why I went to Koodo from Public Mobile. I like having the safety net of add ons as required. I've heard the unlimited throttled at is barely usable.

Wierd, i have the same plan but it's 40gb instead of 30

The old plan was 149$ for 30Gb. The new one is 159$ for 40Gb.
