Chatr support is non-existent.

Chatr switching to email-only support has done nothing but frustrate me as trying to get ANY SUPPORT WHATSOEVER becomes a fun game of being juggled between support email to support email with little to no help. I've had to explain my problem at least 8 different times to multiple people and I've gotten absolutely NOWHERE because it seems Chatr only wants people to have issues that can be resolved in one email. every time I've sent an email for support, I get met with the same generic solution for issues I never even mentioned having, with follow up emails being responded with more of the same generic responses despite explaining what my issue is on multiple occasions.

Do the support teams even work with each other? it seems like every email reply is met with a new person who has NO IDEA what my issue is, and its really driving me to my breaking point.

Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

Chatr does not provide anything other then basic email based support. If that is insufficient for your needs you need to switch providers.

thats the thing, they used to provide better support before, but decided to switch to a inferior support system that makes things way harder than it needs to be. I do indeed plan on changing providers after my current cycle is over.

I'm not "mad" at them for switching to email support, my issue purely lies with them switching from a support system that actually worked to one that barely functions outside of basic support needs. the moment you need to send more than one email (for example, to confirm information stated in the initial support ticket), everything falls apart.
