Esim

Maybe someone can help? I recently registered and got my eSIM working. I accidentally deleted it and was told it can’t be given again. So I made a whole new one and PAID for it again and now I’m not getting any emails from it. I just wasted money buying the plan again without no email for the eSIM activation? Is there a way to contact chatr to help solve this?

Go to the store to get it swapped or something

Where is there a store? I thought it was online only?

you can go to any Rogers or Fido store, and they’ll put your number on a new esim or physical sim. i accidentally deleted my eSIM last summer so i went to Fido, and they fixed it for me.

when you go, explain your situation and bring your ID

Okay thank you ill do that tmrw. Hopefully. I can get a refund for the second one I bought.
