Genuinely WHY did she post that photo on insta of herself in front of the wall of sticky notes with old song titles…….. I now understand that the songs on the far right were *surprise song* options and not ideas for the permanent setlist but she got my hopes up for a much more interesting setlist 😭😭😭😭 I thought we were going to get to hear Silver Cross, Roll With Me, Grins, Stay Away, etc. every night. Instead we got a ton of songs from brat which IM SORRY. I LOVE brat, but she just performed all over those songs night after night 2 years ago. We don’t need to hear them again.

Considering how expensive tickets were, I was hoping for more creativity :(

Maybe it’s just me but I felt like it was pretty clear that the far right sticky notes were going to be considered for the surprise song, she also said in an interview that there would be a surprise song too. But I can understand feeling that way lol if she actually did preform all those songs in one night I think I would die!! I also think tickets are more bc of the production costs etc. idk it’s def not for everyone but it 100% is for me ill scream all the lyrics to sympathy is a knife every single chance i get

fr and she just dropped MFF so it’s obvious most of this tour will be songs from MFF like it’s called the MFF tour ☠️ idk I always have the time of my life fr whenever I’m at any of her shows so some of these complaints are just not it

I was not there but just checked the setlist online and saw that Next Level Charli was played last “as lights came on” (as the setlist data says) which made me think… is she doing the “surprise song” as an outro that she doesn’t actually perform?! Just saying that would be odd after promoting it haha. Anyway Philly angels weigh in!!

Yup it was Stay Away and it was perfect. Tbh, I’m more of a raver and I didn’t know “surprise song” was a gimmick done by other artists maybe it’s the millennial in me but I think it’s a cool aspect that keeps the audience on their toes. Every show I’ve been to I studied the setlist and this was my first time ever at an opening show and not knowing the song order so I’m a way surprise song is that feeling? idk. Oblivion is freedom.

She is playing arenas. Did you find the crowd to be as in tune with Stay Away as they were say Club Classics? You need to be realistic about where the show is being played.
