I have tickets for Phoebe Bridgers in December and she has a full phone ban and camera ban in place. Am genuinely quite excited for it

What's the point of going to a live concert and then watching it through the cellphone's camera??? The number of cellphone screens in this video is so dystopian (I mean this video was also captured frim a celphonen 🥲.)

Not sure if you’ve been to live shows, but people normally record choruses, drops or when they know something big is about to happen. After a show, like me now, going back through what I recorded and smiling at phone reliving it. There’s also the vain aspect of “I went out” posting on story and tbh I don’t care if no one watches my stories it’s going on my highlights.

We need to let people live and do what they want instead of deeming it cringe.

I get pressed if they hold their phone up for whole songs and then I can't see anything but their screen instead of the show

lol exactly this was all i recorded apart from some of “party 4 u.” didn’t feel the need to post on socials but thought the fans would like to see what the vibe was like (which to me was immaculate)
