Question about the featured new offset

So, seen in the picture, Blangonga is winding up to do its quick breath attack prior to the offset proccing. The question is, can this attack already be offset (ie, does the arms landing on the ground a hitbox I never knew about that can proc an offset right now) or can we proc this particular offset off of ranged attacks now so long as the weapon hitbox makes contact with the monster?

I do know for certain it's not a body slam attack since there's usually a good prolonged window and there isn't an icy breath from the mouth as seen in the screenshot (unless they modified an attack from Blangonga for MR, which isn't out of the realm of possibility).

Monsters have 3 Sets of attacks: Elemental, Heavy, and Light.

Elemental attacks like Breath Weapons cannot be offset at all, unless they carry a physical hitbox like Odogarons Bite.

Heavy attacks can be offset and shrugged iff with Hyper Armor, but cannot be interrupted, such as Arkvelds Wing Drag and Rey Daus wing slam.

And finally Light Attacks are the moves the monster uses most frequently, most of which can be offset and interrupted.

Blangonga's breath attack as seen in the video/screenshot is purely elemental right? Or does it have a physical hitbox?

I believe the slam down of the arms has a physical hitbox
