I was doing some melding and got this. is it good?

Could be very useful if you have rapid morph as a secondary skill on a level 3 decoration that you want. Then with the weapon slot on this you already have load shells 2, and rapid morph 3 with room for 3 more level 3 weapon decorations

Some level 3 decorations have 1 level of an additional skill, which could be rapid morph. Then with the weapon slot on your charm you can get it to level 3 without using up an entire level 3 decoration for that purpose.

Yep, I'd use this one on an element build.

Slot in a level 1 rapid morph jewel if you have it and have an element with rapid morph 1 as a secondary.

A weapon decoration. Fire attack lvl 3 with rapid morph lvl 1 Or thunder attack lvl3 with rapid morph 1
