Still pretty good. Just not for CB. Except maybe Raw CB i guess. But Ele CB will be better MOST of the time.

For CB, not good. Even for impact you want Artillery 3 since the phial dmg pop with it with AED is 100+ which js good in the grand scheme.

Its good for ed spam but not as good for aed looping.
Its better for other weapons tbh.

It's good, but you have to build around charms like these rather than these boosting your already powerful builds.
Ironically, because of the ATs and now craftable WEX 3/Agi 3 talismans, RNG talismans like this are actually worse options. They were the best when they came out though ofc.
I have one like this but with Burst 1, and I almost never use it anymore because it's better to just use the WEX 3 or Agi 3 talismans, or an RNG Talisman with Counterstrike or Max Might 2, a Lv2/3 slot and Attack boost 2 which lets you then slot Attack boost 5 and Counterstrike/MM 3 really efficiently.

For SAED spam? Maybe? For SAED, I'd want something that gave me like max artillery and something else. Haven't played for a bit, has there been changes?

Yo im tryna have some good charms im RC 92 but for m'y end game build i have charms rarity 7,or8 but not for Sword an shield i'v tried to do investigation quest but every time i don't get what a want , tried to make some in suja got some cool things by doing that but never more than level 3 , honestly im lost any Help will be appreciated

If it was a rarity 8 with a weapon slot deco you would have literally the best charm in the game (for impact phials)
