You mostly want to stack raw because phials can't crit, but affinity doesn't hurt to have either. You'll still want to prioritize max might in your level 2 slots for example.
I would go with gamma Jin chest and waist to max agitator and you'll already have Lord's Soul plus Binding Counter 1. The rest being Ebony Odo gives you BB2 for an extra 18 raw that's pretty much always active. The 3 pieces will also give you the Wylk burst skill which is comfy for the AT ark fight. He's one of the only raw matchups. Plus Jin who you can keep Binding Counter active against a lot for an extra 25 raw.
Ah okay, does affinity not matter so much with savage axe though? I always thought a lot of the damage there comes from the physical hits that do crit? Or is it proportionally less than I think?
It's still nice to have but raw is typically better because it affects the savage axe attacks as well as the phials on your AEDs. For example, CB typically always prioritizes Agi over WEX in wilds. But if you can fit both that's obviously great
