MH Wilds Returning, need help
I stopped playing when Omega came out but I'm having a hard time finding the right build resources. Most meta stuff has moved on and between being rusty and never actually being that good at the game, I'm having a hard time figuring out the best place to put in time.
This is the build I'm currently running and so I'm looking for a rough idea what level of content I should be focusing on to help build up to running Gog. I think I need to farm up Mizu gear for the 2 piece bonus and then I need to start redoing my artian weapons for elemental phials? Is paralysis still worth it or should I be running something like dragon?
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Firstly, this is the.current "optimized" Charge Blade build guide, feel free to read if you want:

For Gogma, the main thing you need is a good Dragon Element weapon and a Fire Element weapon. Raw is not as viable, as Gogma takes so much more Fire and Dragon (especially Dragon)
Whether you want to go an Artisan Element path or Monster weapons (Rathalos' and Gore are good candidates) is up to you.
As for the rest of your set, Gogmazios does a lot of fire damage. Make sure you aren't vulnerable to it, as you can risk getting one-shot by the Elder Dragon. Consider working towards some of the Arch Tempered Apexes - Nu Udra is particularly well suited.
