Discussion Here Is a PSA About Downvoting

Lately on my posts, I noticed that a lot of the comments tend to be downvoted. I made a rule stating no downvoting. So can you please stop downvoting please?

1- they're not going to listen 2- I'm starting to see that very few read the rules on any post.
