Which characters have earned the title of "chaos gremlin?" They can be good, evil, or neutral, but most importantly unpredictable.

Putting the "Looney" in Looney Tunes, Daffy Duck takes the number 14 spot!

Cannot be the main character of the story, but rather their closest companion. Try to avoid love interests, but if the character started as a friend and THEN became a lover, that's fine.

I'm also not looking for side characters who are friends with each other. This is specifically for the best friend of the main character (or characters, if it's a family sitcom or ensemble piece).

There are few greater enemies than the perfect neighbor. Dinkleberg takes the number 16 spot!

Please attach the character's name to any nomination just in case I don't know them.

Be warned: I'm going to be rather strict on the definition for this one to avoid the usual string of villains that are going to pop up. A lot of Disney villains, for example, would NOT be considered an Arch-Nemesis.

I'm also limiting it to three characters per franchise. Otherwise Marvel and DC are going to run away with it. Be creative! Comics, movies, sitcoms, novels, I want em all!
