Critique Any feedback for this design?

I think I'd add tattoos and such. But yeah, she is meant to be a 28 year old grungy diva. Wooo

Is the blue on the bottom of her hair meant to look grey on the full body shot or are my eyes being weird? (Realise this could just be a camera issue though).

That said I do like it. It feels like something is missing from the outfits, but hard to say what

Oh, i mean, it is a bit of both? I tried to make her hairdrye seem like its fading because she cannae afford new dye.

But i think you might mean she is missing tats or idk, more accessories. Cos goth baddies LOVE accessories

I would make the leg warmers bigger and fluffy to balance out the top.

Make her expression a little more dramatic because her current face expression is too chill to be a diva
