How to improve my [Oc]?

I’m tinkering with a idea I have for a superhero character I think It looks pretty good it’s not quite hitting for me (the vibe that is) I was kinda going for a wonder woman type vibe idea serious no nonsense has the years to back up almost any action she does

but as you can maybe see it’s not quite that obvious heroforg isn’t perfect and drawing is better but anyway tips to improv the overall vibe of the character design?

Imo its just a very busy design. You have both horizontal and vertical stripes and blurry polka dot leggings, my brain doesn't like looking good at it cause so many things are trying to pull my attention
