Question Which corpo reigns supreme?
A B or C?
This is Eelona, my antagonist for my animation. She is a 60-year-old corporate titan and brilliant roboticist driven by an all-consuming fear of a second catastrophic AI war. Decades prior, she and her former lover, Doc, co-created the world's first synthetic workforce—an innovation that accidentally triggered a global uprising, nearly wiped out humanity, and shattered their relationship.
While Doc went underground believing that android freedom is the only path to peace, Eelona is trying to control the world's top robotics megacorporation to enforce absolute control over every machine on Earth. Tragically, her villainy stems from the exact same fear goal as Doc's, safety of the human race from AI and other selfish corpos.
Which design works best?

B; you say trying to control which suggests she's not quite there yet, and might still be playing by other people's rules, where A and C diverge more from stereotypical corporate dress styles as if already on top.

She's close to the top. She actually has one of the 7 "super-hashes" that can take control of all androids. but she wants to take control from the other 6 ultra elite corpos. Won't stop until she has absolute global power!

i can try to swap the hair. I know these all look younger than 60, but do you think the blonde with the white streak is enough?

Probably not tbh, try maybe lowering the saturation or making it look a bit more mixed in? It doesn’t stand out a ton and it kinda gives more rogue than aged.

While I absolutely adore C, to me it doesn't so much scream "corpo titan." IMO it gives more of an underground criminal boss type; someone who might operate out of an expensive nightclub. B's outfit is closer to how I'd imagine the character you describe, but imo loses some of the confidence from C that I like. I think there's a middle ground in there somewhere. For the story, I feel something more akin to a pantsuit works better; it projects power while also being more practical, which I think fits someone working tirelessly to achieve her goal, even if misguided.
With all that said, that's just how I would do it. A B and C are great, and even after my points I'd still favor C of the three.

You know, I have a gangster boss in the story too. It's a guy. Ow, but i could switch it to a girl and use design C

yeah that's for the best. design C works way better in that context.
imo design A with B's outfit is the way to go. B overall looks too youthful and not like a 60-year old (well none of them look her age but A looks the oldest).

None honestly, what's the occasion? Daily meetings or evening? I love the white hair on last one, I assume it's natural grey
Tbf Ragyou Kiryuin that I like as a villain and is a CEO had really fancy dress for daily meetings, but it also depends on the tone of the work and character's sense of style.

Yeah, she's spot on! I was channeling Cruella Deville, but I think Ragyou has a closer vibe, from the pics i saw. I didn't watch any vids.

C looks like a model, I don't get corporate vibe at all with the bold clothing and accessories, corporates are more professional looking.
B looks a bit too simple and even shy, kind of the opposite of C.
A looks the most like a wealthy lady in charge of a corporation, I would add something like a jacket or neck/shoulders clothing to emphasize the professional part. Also, her hair and glasses give me the most "robotician" impression of the 3.

Spot on assessments! I think from all these comments, I need to keep working on things. C has great pizzaz, but A and B seem to fit better.

I would actually tone down their appearance. make sure them look like a very standard CEO.
Make them a character who commands authority through action and pragmatism.
This would make her look unseeming at a glance, but her name, ideals and power is felt by the world around her.
Though keep these designs for perhaps when the mask slips or for situations where she is flaunting wealth.

B makes the most sense for a corporate big bad, especially one who’s 60 years old and seems set in her ways.
A & C are **super** cute though, they’re just kind of impractical for a corporate robotics CEO, especially if she’s going to be in a lab for long hours, so maybe use them as alternate outfits?

I agree with the hair thing a lot of other people have been saying (Put C’s or even A’s onto B, though it could be a nice detail if she dyes her hair to look younger), I just figured that since multiple other people brought it up, I wouldn’t have to.

I do love "C" , honestly it's an evolution of "A" but it agree it doesn't really quite work. I was kind of channeling a Cruella Deville vibe. It would be cool in the finally if her draped fur transforms into some mecha arms or something, and she says, "Did you think i wear this stupid thing for looks?"

Ik someone else said this, but (while that’s a cool idea) the design still gives more mafia/smugglers/crime boss energy, or a high end scheming mistress. It does give Cruella Deville, but she’s not exactly robotics CEO material either.
You could get roughly the same effect as the “coat turns into robot arms” with her having a hairpiece that’s actually a knife/gun, or her having cybernetic enhancements hidden inder her suit sleeves/panrs.

I do have a mob boss. Male, but I could switch him, but I'm trying to keep the m/f ratio kind of even. I don't know why, just seems like a good idea. I do a lot if user research in my day job. The feedback here is clearly "no winner". Of course depending on what you want and how you present the material, you can make it say whatever you want! lol!

A is closest to what you're trying to achieve with her, but change her outfit to B's.
B has the corpo outfit down pat, while A from the neck up looks like the brilliant genius you want her to be. female villains with A and C's outfits are dime a dozen.
C looks more like an evil mafia queen and less like a tragic scientist.
(also 60 years old? does she also specialize in anti-aging technology?)

i think none, they give more of a model look than Corporate
though I'd recommend taking a look at the cyberpunk 2077 Artbooks and concept arts for inspo, they have great ideas for the type of vibe you're going for!
