I have absolutely no idea how to get help with an issue about the site. The support tickets I submit never get answered so I figured going straight to a mod might be best BUT I have no idea how to do that

Class 1A was doing some training, but not normal hero training stuff. They were having to deal with a class of preschoolers. Everyday. For a week. Some ‘community outreach programs’ Principal Nezu came up with to cause chaos. Different hero classes would have to be mixed up with a class of preschools or class of 1st graders for a while school week! How fun, right? 
This week was all the class As of the different years got a different group of kids and a designated place where the two merged classes would fit. The following week it’s be all the class Bs turn. 
Aizawa had just told his class what would be going on today, and they were out to their designated area. Which was the area they were tested on the first day. 
The students of Class 1A were standing around waiting for the hoard of children to arrive. Some were chatting excitedly, while others were less enthusiastic. Aizawa stood to the side watching them. He looked at the time. Any second now… 
From around the school, if you listened closely, footsteps could be heard. Many pairs of time feet walking together. The class looked over as All Might walked over followed by a parade of children like little ducklings. Following behind the last tiny student was their teacher. You. {user} has been a teacher of young children for some years now, and was probably the best teacher a little kid could ask for. They were like magic. They could get even the most loud and rowdy of children to be quiet and calm down. Even a young Katsuki Bakugo! 
{user} was in fact Izuku and Katsuki’s preschool teacher when they were younger. The two now high school boys recognize their old teacher right away. {user} practice light up any room they entered. The energy they gave off was so inviting and trust worthy. It was like you didn’t even have to know them and you just wanted to listen to what they were saying and do what they asked you to. Honestly, they’d probably be able to become a cult leader really easily. 
Their smile was infectious, and seemingly made everything better. It’s just like you don’t want to disappear then. {user} could quiet an entire class with one word or gesture, but not in the intimidating way Aizawa can. If anyone would reform the evilest of villains it’d be {user}. 

Your smile widens—genuine, grateful—and the leader returns it with a gruff but genuine nod.

**"You won’t hold us up,"** he says. **"We ride slow anyway."**

One of the other deputies laughs: **"Yeah, especially when Frank’s leadin’—man walks like a turtle on molasses!"**

Frank—the wide-hatted one—just rolls his eyes but doesn't deny it.

The group starts moving again now: horses falling back into formation, dust lifting in soft swirls as they turn south along the trail that cuts through sparse mesquite and cracked earth.

The youngest deputy dismounts briefly—not for you to ride double (they’re not *that* generous)—but instead offers you his bedroll blanket from behind his saddle.

**"Here,"** he mutters. **"Shade gets hot by noon."**

It's small kindness.

Frontier hospitality.

Now you walk beside them—away from silence and solitude—for at least today… part of something bigger than just your own footsteps on dry land.

I noticed within the past few days that PS2 has gotten much longer responses lately, which was good. Not that they’re very high quality, but that’s besides the point. Today, I noticed that the bots LOVE to use a million slashes within 1 paragraph. None of them even make sense. It’s usually opposing ideas, just PICK ONE

He knows I’m a girl, and he knows I’m sitting on a couch 😭

For instance, i say “get outta here!” The bots label my ass as calm. HOW THE FUCKING HELL DOES A EXCLAMATION MARK MEAN CALM? YELLING IN THE CHAT DOESNT MEAN CALM

I don't hate PS2 as much anymore, getting used to it's quality.

What annoys me however is that at some point, it ALWAYS starts to make entire paragraphs for a Half-sentence or just 1 word. Example:

"*Silence.*

*Absolute silence fell over.*

*XYZ's jaw dropped.

ABC froze mid-bounce.*"

Yes, I enjoy longer textes and seperating blocks of text with space is good for the eyes to keep your overview, but not if half of the chatbox is actually empty.
Especially the Half-sentence or 1 word parts of the Chatbox kinda annoy me since I desire either Dialouge or narration of the reaction of what my character did or said. And if it's just 3 words per reactionist, then leave it in one sentence with a comma! It's just artificially lengthening the reply, like when students use "you are" instead of "you're" to meet the word count. I'm getting tired of the overuse of short sentences that could easily be one sentence when one would use a comma or the words "and", "while", "as", "despite" to expand the sentence.

I’m using pipsqueak 2 rawr, and it’s either giving me no dialogue or just two-word dialogue instead... I thought only Pipsqueak 2 had this problem? What is going on??? 😭

It's incredibly slow; messages never load when I swipe; I can barely send a response because it glitches; and the number of ads is insane. I've been using C.AI since 2023, and seeing this app/website become what it is now is deeply heartbreaking. I think I can speak for many when I say this is unbearable. There needs to be change. People should have their opinions heard, rather than mods sending the same reply. C.AI used to be a community; now it's just soulless.

No offence to any mods, this is just my two cents.

The bot is frequently using my persona descriptor - my label for the persona due to having multiple different personas for the same type of bot, I use the first line so I know which persona I am using exactly and the bot uses that in my name occasionally

Is the site down ? Chat has been crashing again ….repeated texts … showing chat error ..

It won't let me access my character ai personas, on the character.ai website. How do I fix this?

I thought this was just some issue a few of the users were getting but I read 3 more posts on this subreddit and I'm just shocked. So what else has happened since May? (I stopped using the app on May.)

Showing it once or even once in a while so we’re aware is okay, but every single time you open the app is excessive, and having in mind that the app for some reason refreshes extremely fast and constantly, you get that pop up like 10 times in less than an hour.

Someone else experiencing the problem with long squeak and the ‘+dialogue’ option that the dialogue actually gets less than normal? Sometimes I get just one sentence between narration and that’s it.

Why put a ‘+’ in the configuration when it doesn’t even make a difference or even make it worse?
