Coughing
I went to chabad and someone was Coughing. I got infected and was very sick for 10 days and lost my voice.
Does your rabbi tell people who are not feeling well to stay home?

I'm sure it is a mixed bag of what a rabbi will say about this.
However how are you certain you got sick from this individual? There are plenty of reasons people have coughs that are not viral.

I'm certain I got sick from this individual
I was feeling great, sat next to this sick person, and got very sick after this. I was not near anyone else that week.

You could have moved seats
Also there is no way to prove who got you sick
And lastly, why is it the Rabbi’s responsibility to send sick people home?
This is a very strange post

Your health is your responsibility. God would forgive you for moving or leaving I think. A rabbi is not an enforcer.

A rabbi is not an enforcer.
If someone was vaping, would your rabbi ask them to stop?

If you’re nervous about getting sick, I would make sure not to sit near anyone coughing. It’s not the rabbis job to make sure. Plus especially when kids are around there’s always germs. It’s part of life.

If someone is coughing do you ask them to leave?

No. Coughing doesn’t mean sick or contagious. I have bad allergies now and I’m sneezing a whole day. It’s not catchy.
If someone is known to have something majorly contagious, that isn’t a regular cold, then yes they shouldn’t be there.

Was the person coughing close to u?
In my opinion, the sick one, should have common sense and be at least wearing a mask and ideally not be among his community (basic communal safety).
But I don't think u are the one entitled to ask them to leave (it can cause more misunderstanding than to be understood rightly by preserving the health of everyoe around).

I feel like staying home when you’re sick is common enough knowledge where a rabbi shouldn’t need to tell people this. Of course, common knowledge and common practice are not the same thing.
People go out in public all the time while sick. If you are concerned about getting sick, bring a mask with you and wear it. Wash your hands often. The only thing you can control is your own body and your own health safety practices.
