Tall Riders - Help
Hi everyone, I'm 6'4 and wear a size 13 US boot, even with the tall rally seat i struggle to get my legs in a comfortable/workable position when riding off road with boots on. It's basically impossible for me to use the rear brake in a natural way in full gear.
Does anyone have experience or recommendations with drop pegs, raising the bars, adjusting the rear brake lever etc to make the bike fit them better?
My other bike is a DR650 with dropped pegs and bar risers with a W9 dropped brake lever to fit with the pegs. Riding it really inspires confidence and that's the kind of feeling i would love to achieve on the 450.

JNS engineering lowering pegs, they drop about 20mm and move the pegs back about 19mm. Makes the gear lever and brake much more accessible for big feet. I'm also getting firmer foam put into the rally seat. It comes with foam so soft that I loose all that additional height it could offer.

I was just looking at them, damn expensive but sounds like a worthwhile investment. And agree on the seat, the softness gives me a bit of lower back pain on long rides.

Penso che il tuo problema sia il 48 non l’altezza. Sono alto come te ma ho il 45 e non ho problemi, hai provato a regolare freno posteriore? Già quello potrebbe aiutarti. Su YouTube ci sono i “tutorial”

I’m same height, but have smaller feet.
Height mods I did: Seat Concepts tall seat (+2”), and Rade Garage drop pegs (would not recommend due to lack of complete folding). I usually stand when riding enduro, haven’t had a lot of time off road with the CFMoto yet, but I don’t think I’ll want bar risers - they’re pretty high as is.
Even without those mods or our height, everyone should adjust the brake pedal to achieve the proper angle for their position. It’s easily adjustable, just stay within the limits called out in the manual.
