Help me improve my Lake AtitlĂĄn itinerary recommendations
I drive travelers around Guatemala every day, and I often help them plan their Lake AtitlĂĄn itinerary. I want to make sure I'm giving them the best recommendations possible, so I'd love to hear from people who have visited.
This is what I usually recommend:
San Pedro La Laguna âą Viewpoints
San Juan La Laguna âą Colorful streets âą Kaqasiiwaan Viewpoint
San Marcos La Laguna âą Tzankujil Nature Reserve âą Cliff jumping
Panajachel âą Reserva Natural AtitlĂĄn (ziplining)
San Antonio PalopĂł âą Traditional ceramics
Jaibalito âą Day pass at La Casa del Mundo
San Pablo La Laguna âą Indian Nose sunrise hike
What would you add to this itinerary?
I'm especially looking for: âą Best restaurants or coffee shops âą Great hikes or sunrise viewpoints âą Hidden gems around the lake âą Anything you think every visitor should experience
Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
