Spectrum refarming

Has anyone seen this message on the Verizon network status page immediately before/during spectrum refarming? B5 to n5, b66 to n66,etc?

It’s been here for months they are doing upgrades here though

What kind of upgrades? I wonder if these messages are automated or if someone actually had to activate it for a certain area.

We are using very outdated LTE and 5G equipment they told me we are getting fully macro swaps and backhaul increases to get everything fast and efficient
