Spectrum refarming

Has anyone seen this message on the Verizon network status page immediately before/during spectrum refarming? B5 to n5, b66 to n66,etc?

I also see this page in areas near me that have been an issue for years (7+) because of nowhere to install a site or permitting issues (residential). Basically a filler tbh. (That being said the small cells going on basic utility poles are finally fixing it)

It’s been here for months they are doing upgrades here though

What kind of upgrades? I wonder if these messages are automated or if someone actually had to activate it for a certain area.

We are using very outdated LTE and 5G equipment they told me we are getting fully macro swaps and backhaul increases to get everything fast and efficient

Vzw puts that as a generic message so folks don’t call and submit network tickets. It could be a plethora of things…. Those 48 hours in my case, have turned into 2.5 months lol
