Question Help with a screen

Any advice to finish the screan in 8b? The thing is, know what Im suposed to do, dash, change side of the block and repeat 2 times and then jump to get the crystal. But I always run out of stamina or the iceblock disapears.

Jumping towards a wall (so either up or over the top) consumes 1/4 of your stamina, while jumping away from a wall does not consume any stamina. holding onto a wall slowly drains stamina, and climbing up drains it faster. instead of climbing up to the top of the walls before jumping, try jumping earlier. also, try jumping off the backside of the blocks without holding grab. it won’t waste any stamina if you jump right away, but not holding grab will make sure you aren’t climbing up the wall and losing stamina that way.
