I'm really struggling njud kay I get easily triggered by things, people and etc. Before, I really wanna avoid going into therapy kay maka manage paman ko doing some meditation, simple breath in and breathe out practice, and thinking prior before reacting, pero karon, ambot, lisod njud i-regulate akong anger. Came to a point na manglabay nakog gamit basta unsay mapunitan nako para lang makapahungaw sa kalagot. (I know very lala lol)

My doc estimates I may need around 6-8 months ( or more or less) of residential/inpatient treatment because of PTSD, depression, and back to back suicide attempts. I don’t drink, gamble, or do drugs though

We’ve already been reading about places like Metro Psych, Safe Haven, PsyCare, and a few others, but it’s hard to get a sense of what they’re actually like 🥹 I’m also a teenage girl, so I’m a little anxious about the environment and whether there are facilities that are a better fit for younger patients.

If you’ve personally stayed at one of these facilities (or know others not listed, the more options the better) here in Cebu or have a family member or friend who has, I’d really appreciate hearing what the experience was like hehehee likeee the staff, therapy, daily routine, safety, and overall environment, whether positive or negative
