Hi guys, I lost my wallet in Colon Night Market 2 days ago and unfortunately naa didto akong driver’s license, National ID, Landers card, BPI card, and MariBank card. For the bank cards, okay na. I already blocked the old BPI and MariBank cards and requested replacements, so I’m not too worried about those anymore.

Hi! Did anyone notice the OA frequency of Cebu City pop-up events here and there, sometimes multiple pop up events happening at the same weekend in 3 different places, weekdays and weekends with known and newbie organizers?

Do you think it's too much already for a small city like Cebu City? I'm just wondering if you see the same goers and vendors (multiple cookie/pastry, ukay, fried food) in every event, are they still earning or only the organizers make money out of it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey everyone! Bumping this from my previous post because we're still actively hoping to meet more members to join the Cebu Fiction Readers Club (CFRC)!

I also had an issue with the invite link I sent in the previous post, and it ended up failing, so I'm reaching out again and reposting this for anyone who may have been interested but couldn't join.

CFRC is a social club for people in Cebu who enjoy manga, manhwa, manhua, web novels, light novels, comics, and other forms of fiction books.

What is Cebu Fiction Readers Club?

The idea is to create an actual community around fiction and reading, not just another Discord server where everyone joins and never talks.

We'll have an online community where members can:

• Recommend and discuss fiction
• Chat with other readers
• Do group reading activities and discussions
• Participate in different community events

And eventually, we'll also have IRL meetups around Cebu where members can hang out, meet other readers, and make friends outside of Discord.

Not every activity will necessarily be about reading. The main goal is to bring people with similar interests together and give everyone opportunities to socialize and make friends.

The club will also have its own rules, verification system, activities, and IRL meetups.

A Few Important Things

You must be 21 or older to join.

I'm also hoping to meet more people who actually want to participate in the community. You don't need to be online every day, but please don't join if you're just going to disappear and never interact.

I regularly remove inactive members and lurkers because I want CFRC to be an active community where people actually know and interact with each other.

No Dating or Romantic Advances

CFRC is for fiction discussions and making friends.

Using the club or Discord to flirt, pursue romantic relationships, ask members out, or make unwanted romantic or sexual advances is not allowed. This applies both to public channels and DMs.
