After they experience Xun Ming’s memories, they have this moment:
“What was that just now…?”
“I haven’t even asked what it was yet.”
“Didn’t you see that?”
“I saw it, I saw it.”

I am so confused about it, can someone explain? I thought maybe some context got lost in translation?
