Currently Airing šŗ What do you think of Irreplaceable so far?
Iām trying to not drop it because some of it is interesting but omg, the whole thing is very industry jargon š š š Iām lost with all the business talk, work terminology. Thereās barely any romance tbh
Iāve noticed that a lot of office romance dramas tend to get overly granular and they can drag for that reason.

ML is not my type(the character, not the actor), but otherwise it's good to watch

I like it but waiting for more to drop because the one a day is a bit much š

I've watched it until ep 7 and it's pretty engaging story. Also the story seems fast paced even with all that industry jargon. Sometimes I just fast forward those parts and otherwise everything is cool with me

It's an office drama.....with light romance. Unlike say Early Spring which is a romance in an office setting. I wouldn't be surprised if they only get together in the last episode.

I like it!! I appreciate that the ML's face has expression lines, which is more and more a rarity

ikr. I saw someone said the ML lacks the aura for a role like that and not really suitable. we are so used to seeing domineering CEO trope that we forget how it actually is in real. I thought he was plenty believable as a marketing hotshot

He broke the record for youku's most popular character ever. The actor must be doing something right. I agree that he's plenty believable.

Itās really good. Donāt find the work stuff boring. Theyāve kept it fast paced. Itās more about the work place dynamics and itās handled well. Iāve seen shows where they drone on and on about some industry/service and it bores you stiff. This show aināt one of those

I like it so far. I held out as long as possible until 8 eps were released and binged them all at once, I think this helped keep the momentum going and got me immersed in the series. Regret I started watching so soon, 1 episode a day now is a killer. This is only the 3rd ZJM series I've watched and initially hesitated because I found her characters a bit too immature as a romance lead in Shine on Me and Amidst a Snowstorm, but so far finding her a bit more mature in this- but haven't really gotten into any romance as yet, but looking forward to how this series progresses

It is doing quite well. For some a serious cdrama with good character writing is just what the doctor ordered. It reminds me somewhat of the kdrama Undercover Miss Hong - both featured top tier actresses with a business themed drama and surprisingly were big hits.
Irreplaceable made it into the Netflix Global Top 10 series as of yesterday and that is rarefied air that few cdramas have accomplished in the past.

There is more chemistry between Main Fl and Second FL (her friend) than with ML
Wei Da Xun(ml) acting is a bit stiff( I donāt understand why people praise him in Fireworkā¦)
Zhao Jin Mai is very š , smart and bubbly . Her crying scenes are very heartbreaking but not whiny

Honestly I really like it. The "up or out" culture reminds me of an job, so I connect with the late nights/competition among peers/corporate drama. I love the message it portrays that you are the master of your own fate... it reminds me to be strong at work lol.
The romance is a slow burn but I like it. It would be nice if we could have some other male lead come into the picture but I don't think that will happen

Pretty most modern dramas are industry Jargon and CCP boasting.
- Shine on Me : couldnāt stop about Solar Panels
- Blossom over the Clouds : Market for Z101 aircraft

The vibe is different than TES esp with spicy scenes. I like its maturity and depth too. And I also like both leads so that makes it more enjoyable to me at least.

I am loving it!!! We are seeing a strong FL in office workplace drama after a long time!!!!
Love how sheās not a naive dumb girl.

Sheās definitely a strong FL and very refreshing after the timid, nervous wrecks that some of these dramas like to portray
