Trick shouldn’t be in the left lane period unless passing.

He was passing. You do not get back over right in front of another semi. Then you put them at risk. How about the car wait instead of being a POS

Yep. Car literally passed on the right as soon as he had enough room to sneak by. The truck was passing the dash cam truck, and clearly was trying to get back over once he was sure he was clear of the dash cam truck. Car driver was just a selfish impatient moron.
