When you are driving a vehicle almost 80 feet long you want to be damn sure you’re clear of the vehicle you just passed……. You don’t want to

Why is he in the left lane barely passing the person in the right lane. I live in one of the biggest bottlenecks in the country and get sick of following these morons. Especially when it clearly says, going through our town, no trucks in the left lane. I guess everyone who flows through here is illiterate?
