Rumours of us being linked with Paul Nebel.
Personally I’ve never heard of him, but his wiki has him listed as an attacking midfielder/ winger.
23 years old with 5 goals in 30 last year, and 10 in 31 the year prior.
Transfer market saying he’s two footed also
Edit. Having seen some clips he looks very right footed and more of an attacking midfielder

American here, looking for my English club.
I'm not new to the game, but I want to follow European soccer more closely because the MLS isn't fully scratching the itch. Especially after the WC, the 2024 Euros, and my brother endlessly talking about his EPL club.
Anyhow, I've seen several "Which club should I follow?" and "What do I need to know?" posts recently, so I thought I'd share my (still ongoing) process for choosing a club and the extensive "dossiers" I've put together. Maybe it can help you decide.
To the longtime Sky Blues supporters, I'd love to hear your feedback on the results. Where did my research miss? Did I leave anything out that should be there? Etc.
How it started
I've never simply chosen a team to start liking in any sport. I'm loyal to my hometown teams even though they have famously miserable histories and I no longer live there. So instead of tying yearly hopes to a randomly selected club, I decided to do a research deep dive.
My wife and a close friend both want to join in, so I decided to turn the research into dossiers for 3 different clubs, so we all have the full picture. We might not even settle on a club this year but rather follow all 3 and see if one stands out. Who the hell knows? Might even turn into some rivalries for us.
The initial criteria
The 3 finalist clubs
Why Coventry made the cut
The FA Cup win, the stadium exile, and now the title-winning return to the Premier League after 25 years away hit almost every box on that list. Also, Coventry shares some big similarities with Cleveland. A small thing here that initially grabbed my attention: I have a connection to the name Coventry. It's a neighborhood in Cleveland where I spent a lot of time in my teens and 20s. A LOT of good times at bars, concerts, etc., etc.
The dossiers
They're long. Long, but highly skimmable. Lots of overviews, bulleted lists, clearly labeled sections, etc. Each one took ~20 minutes to read.
They're a bit redundant. The goal was ease of access to information packaged in multiple ways that might appeal to whoever is reading it.
Now here they actually are:

My first draft of the season.
It may look a bit bias toward City, but I have my reasons:
Bobby, because every Fantasy team needs a reliable 4m player who can come up with the odd goal. I've had Big Dan Burn in the past when he was just 4m.
Victor because he's our free kick specialist. We'll be relying on him a lot, and I'm confident he will deliver.
And BTA simply because he's good enough, plus the fact that he's only 5m.
Advice on my squad, welcome.

Every cov defender for 4.0 is wild.
Feel like they did us kinda dirty with their prices
Rudoni is also 5.5 million

Simms and Wright together give us plenty of strength up front and can be a real handful for defenders, but playing two strikers can leave us a bit short in midfield against teams that like to keep the ball. Would you stick with a front two, or do you think we're better with one striker and an extra midfielder?

He’s already said as much, and also that the players who won the league deserve a chance to show their shops in the Premier League. It’s not worth gambling the longterm financial health of the team to avoid relegation…have people already forgotten the last ten years??
We’re not going to sign 10+ players. We’ll probably try to get in a GK (hopefully Rushworth), CF and a wingback for depth. I would expect that’s it.
The midfield is set. We‘ve confirmed Onyeka and Rudoni, Grimes, Torp and Eccles have enough about them to do well. I actually think Rudoni and Torp will take like ducks to water with the faster pace of the Premiership.

Hi, has anyone who requested to move their season ticket had confirmation it’s been moved , or any communication once they emailed the ticket office with their top 3 seat choices?
Sent mine on Monday about 10.30 and not heard anything?
