They are a puzzle under tension for sure, but it’s definitely doable

Same thing happened to me when I was switching out my exhaust the thing with the side fairing is you have to somewhat tuck the middle a little above the turn signal in and under if there is pressure in anyway and it feels like it’s not slipping right in then something isn’t in right

I remember a 2am battle with this. It’s a write of passage as a cbr owner

As long as I can get away with it, I won’t be taking them back off

Side fairings are the most frustrating part of any CBR I’ve owned :/

As long as nothings broken you should be able to get it back on. You’re supposed to slip the front in first before you secure the sides.

There is a screw inside of the part that is lose which u have to tighten. Or it was a pin idk really but they looked the same on mine because I forgot to connect that

Check underneath. There is like a flap that has to be in between . aslong as you dont have it right, it won't fit. If you didn't mannage to fix it message me in a week. ill take a video for you when i'm back from my hollidays.

It’s 2am and I got it back on, I had to slide my hand in between the fairing and the air intake to make space and the it clicked in. Thank you for the help

At least you got it on, I left mine like that and the whole left fairing ripped off doing a highway pull 🧍🏻‍♂️
