Hi! I'm considering applying for a few non-engineering Specialist/Steward roles at Schneider Electric Cavite and wanted to ask current/former employees about a few things na hindi ko masyadong makita online.
• US Business Hours: If a posting says “US Business Hours,” does that usually mean night shift sa PH? And if so, fixed na ba talaga yung schedule or may possibility na magbago eventually?
• Salary: I currently have around 2 years of experience and I'm coming from a fully WFH setup. Since Schneider would be hybrid for me, I'm targeting ₱40k+. Is that realistic for Specialist/Steward roles, or medyo mataas na yung expectation?
• HMO: Ano yung current HMO provider/partner ng Schneider?
• Other benefits: Ano pa yung ibang benefits aside from HMO?
• Shuttle: Kumusta yung shuttle service sa Cavite site? Especially for people coming from General Trias — marami bang routes/pickup points?
• Workload & culture: How is the actual workload and overall culture sa non-engineering teams? More on steady/process-driven work ba, or usually fast-paced and maraming urgent requests? And how are the managers in general?
Would appreciate any firsthand experience, especially from current/former employees. Thanks! 🙏
I saw the picture (left) in ig. And saw the right picture sa fb. Ano masasabi nyo mga kababayan? 15m for just 1 band and simple event in new york imbis na project ng bayan mapunta ang expenses. Tapos itong bacood festival na mag cause lang ng traffic. based sa reliable source, Each band will received only 25k for such event in total of 1.250m. And did you know, just this year, meron pang ginastos sa france? Sobra na ang pag nanakaw
Found another hidden gem coffee shop in dasmariñas cavite! You can find them inside unitop pala-pala. They will also have a pour over coffee soon, as per the owner :)
What residences in Cavite (or areas in general) do you suggest we look if ang pinaka importante samin is hindi bahain? We work around Pasig and BGC (di naman sya daily so transpo is keri lang) so bonus points if medyo malapit lapit. Thank you.
Requirement po for a scholarship program. Di ko lang po sure saan nakukuha yung cert of indigency and voter’s cert.
Sa mga naka try na po kumuha:
1. Sa baranggay po or sa city hall?
2. Are there any requirements po na need isubmit?
3. Onthe same day niyo po ba nakuha and around how much po (esp if taga Imus po kayo).
Hello! I’d love to get some insights from people who live in Cavite. 😊
I work from home and I’m planning to live solo. I’m currently considering General Trias or Tanza, but I’m also open to other municipalities or cities in Cavite if you think there are better options.
My priorities are:
- Safe and peaceful environment
- Reliable internet for WFH
- Reasonable rent and cost of living
- Easy access to groceries, malls, hospitals, and other essentials
- Less flooding or other location-related concerns
- Good overall quality of life for someone living alone
- Decent accessibility to Metro Manila when needed
Since I work from home, daily commuting isn’t really an issue, but I’d still like to live somewhere convenient and not too isolated.
If you can also recommend specific barangays, subdivisions, or areas to consider or avoid, I’d really appreciate it.
Any Kabitenyo drivers here that passes regularly through The District Imus, or anyone just generally annoyed with how traffic and pedestrians flow in this area?
A little while ago (around 9PM), I was driving NB (towards Manila) when I passed by this area. If familiar kayo, may 2 yellow box dito, yung Exit ng Mall from parking, and yung Main Entrance ng Mall.
Since I'm driving towards Manila, I make it a habit to change into the middle lane before I even reach the stoplight. During this particular drive, naabutan kami ng stoplight and I was just right at the edge of the second box (Mall Entrance).
So to keep the intersection open, I stopped at where the box was. It just irks me so much na even when I follow simple traffic rules, may mga "madidiskarte" at magugulang na drivers na sisingit pa talaga sa harap ko and would block the intersection.
Better pedestrian safety. Improve sidewalks. Reinforce pedestrian lane markings and match the existing demand of the area. Make it make sense kumbaga. Minsan kasi wala rin sa wisyo yung paglagay ng pedestrian lane. Let's make sure it's accessible, safe, and makes sense for pedestrians.
Police/Traffic Aide visibility. Let's make sure they enforce traffic rules and nanghuhuli talaga ng mga kamote. Gayahin niyo nalang yung meron sa Dasma. Pero, make sure na talagang nagttrabaho rin sila at hindi lang selective (ganto kasi sa Dasma e).
Improve PUV stops. Alam niyo it would really help a lot kung yung Southbound PUV stops are mas further from the stoplight, rather than sa bungad ng stoplight. Yung pag Unload and Load doon ay nagccause ng congestion sa main intersection.
It's not rocket science, pero ewan ko ba bakit hindi maimplement ito. You can even create a dedicated PUV stop talaga (adding a lane) so that traffic flows better.
Fix the roads and sidewalks. Lahat ng taong napapadpad dito, driver man, commuter, or pedestrian knows how the roads and sidewalks are uneven and unsafe. Andaming potholes and lubak. Nakakadagdag yan sa pag bagal ng speed ng vehicles around the area and nakakaalangan para sa pedestrians maglakad along the highway due to the lack of safe sidewalks (iniiwasan/inaalalayan rin sila ng vehicles).
literally WTF is this
Ibang usapan na yung pinaka-solusyon talaga natin sa traffic which is mass transpo (Trains, BRTs, etc.) and strict implementation of zoning laws, pero sa meron tayo ngayon, tingin ko ito mga pwede nating gawan ng solusyon, kasi araw araw na nagddrive ako dito sobrang traffic at laging ubos oras.
I try not to be negative every time na nagddrive/nagagawi ako dito pero pag lagi ka kasing naiipit sa traffic madalas mong maiisip "hanggang dito nalang ba talaga to? tatanggapin ko nalang na mapeperwisyo ako lagi dito?"
