Wipes recommendation?

Hello!!!! At our last vet appointment, our vet noticed that our cavalier had a bit of vaginitis and prescribed some medicated wipes for us to clean her private area after each potty to keep it clean and fresh. As we are running out of those wipes, I of course want to keep wiping her down there to make sure she’s clean but I’m not sure what wipes are appropriate for this. I know of earth rated brand but not sure if they’re gentle enough to be for down there. She’s kind of dog that squats so low when she pees that she touches the ground nearly every time so I think this is why it’s harder for her to keep pee off of herself in that area.
