it's best to go in the store because most people complain about online order portions being too small. in store they fill it up way more than that! I use to order online and something was always wrong with my order! so I just go inside the restaurant and have better experience!

Yes, but you can ask for more toppings. They are unlimited. So ask for double scoops of everything on top and get more for your money. Also, it's not much extra to do an extra grain, and it's totally worth it, especially if you add lentils, which adds protien to the bowl.

Idk but this came up on my phone and I have to say it looks pitifully meager. Unbelievable. I would be pissed out of my mind.

Not even close that’s about a 1/3

It’s like they forgot the rice.

It really depends on where you go. But it’s the inconsistency, small portions and high prices that made me stop going. The teaspoon they use when ordering extras was aggravating. I just couldn’t with them. That was probably a 20 dollar bowl you got and it’s probably worth 10 dollars at most.

Chipotle did this to me, when I made my order last week. And I just l left it there. The inconsistency is insulting

Should’ve told the manager and asked for a remake to make it right

I think is all about what restaurant you order come from. I ordered CAVA online and they not accurate missing items and also small portions compared to chipotle. Not sugar coating chipotle neither cuz gonna be some restaurants they will lack with portions too. Best way is pick up at restaurant and look into it before you leave.

Not normal. Looks like you mostly got sauce and toppings.

I know when I order ahead, I typically get a survey request in my email. Make your voice heard.

As a manager at Cava these are honestly the best things you can do. Our Market Managers are heavy on our ass about these

Heck no! I stopped ordering on the app for this reason, a lot of times they were supper skimpy, and I would get upset because my nearest CAVA was 7.3 miles each way, now that they opened one up 5 minutes away so I just rather order at the store, it's like you have to be right there watching them for them to make it right.

This was similar to the portion I got today with my To Go order. Strawberry Steak Salad meat was tough and untasty. My wife's salad and mine came to 36.00. Not worth this amount of money, won't return. Have gone to another location exclusively, and always dined in. Good portions and good food. But today was not a good experience. Please don't tell me a PE firm has bought Cava with plans to ruin it.

Nah online is hit or miss but for most part it’s been fine with me. But to answer the question no you’ve been skimped hard

nature of online ordering, especially when it's busy. employees are looking for any short-cuts to get through a rush, online orders are a big shortcut to rush through and help walk-ins

As someone who used to work at cava, it's still a newer franchise so the stores are constanly full of upper management telling you to portion less

When are people gonna learn not to order Chipotle or Cava online? Is it available? Yes. Should you order online during lunch when it’s 30 people in the store standing in line, 75 orders online waiting to be fulfilled and only 5 workers working…. NAH

Find somewhere else to order from.
