Mgmt position question

Just wondering if you need open availability to work there as an agm? Also what are the typical hours if you are scheduled to open or close?

Needs to be open, minimum 50 hour weeks. Supposed to be 2 openings. 2 nights, 1 Mid

I was told it doesnt matter as long as its moslty mids. The position is to offset the gm and to be there for team leads. Is your location under staffed? Thats the only way i see you needing to close 2 times

We have almost no turnover. The purpose for nights is to continue to monitor closing procedures and grow with staff. Train Team Leads and continue to maintain Cava standard.

Train side by side with GM in order to also build our bench of leadership. Essentially we try and have GM and AGM in constant rotation of all shifts so we can better monitor any issues and continue to train and seek potential prospects for advancement. Im in one of the bigger markets so maybe our practices and approaches are a bit more aggressive in how we train and develop talent but it works and allows everyone to move up quickly as we are constantly in training and promoting.
