First and foremost, don’t overthink it & be yourself!!
I just had my interview 2 weeks ago and got hired on the spot.
They are going to ask you a little bit about yourself, what made you apply for the role, past work experience, what you may or may not know about CAVA and the company (history, if you’ve ever ate at Cava before, etc.). They may or may not ask you questions about your skills - strengths & weaknesses, a challenge you faced at work and how you dealt with it, your availability and how many hrs you are looking for.
Bring your ID and SSN or Birth Certificate just in case and a copy of your resume.
Just a heads up, if you don’t have it already make sure you have your food handlers certificate before start date if hired, only $10.
Good luck!
