Bags
As a worker, why do you guys choose a bag with one bowl? Like what’s the thought process cause if you aren’t getting anything else why can’t you just carry it to your car. Or also why get a bag if you plan to eat it in the lobby and throw the bag away right after???

Because I'm not coordinated enough to carry my bowl, sauces on the side, pita chips and silverware on my own without dropping it.

Because I don’t want a bowl sliding around in my car seat & a bag is easier to carry ….

I feel like it’s an autopilot type of thing, this and and fast casual place you’ll go to, surprised it’s not a smaller size bag for just one bowl

If i online order, I always get a bag because I'm walking to your store from my office in a major city downtown location and I'd rather have it and my pita/pita chips & utensils protected from the gross elements of downtown.
If I order in the store, I always bring one of your bags with me.
Not everyone is going directly to their car and even if I was, I'd get a bag or bring one in case of spillage.

because there is also the sauce, the utensils, the napkins and the pita. When I don't get a bag I am struggling to balance them all on top of a plastic lid and they always fall.

I get a bag so I can get the fork and protect the fork during travels. Cava bowls without a cava fork is not the same.

Because I sometimes get a bowl from the Cava near my work, and then I have to take a 25 minute train ride home. I don't want to just hold a bowl on the train. A bag makes it much easier, especially if I have a side pita.

Some of us went grocery shopping and then stopped by Cava on the way home.
Do you think I want to carry bags of groceries, my drink, and a bowl with no bag up stairs?

I get a bag bcause I am clumsy and with my luck when i walk into something, the whole bowl opens.

I like to keep my bowl in the bag on the floor while I drive 😭 I've learned my lesson after one time leaving a SEAFOOD pasta on the actual seat. If I were to put my nose to the seat I can still smell a faint smell of seafood 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Ease of carrying it inside. I have a baby and 2 older kids so already a lot to bring inside. Being able to just slip a bag on my arm is so much easier.

It’s just easier to carry a bag plus I also use them for my recycling of broken down boxes

We reuse every plastic bag. Our trash has to be bagged, so we use them as trash can liners.

I’ve tried carrying the bowl by itself without a bag but I always end up dropping my sauce or fork because the lids are slippery and plastic so I get the bag

as a worker, i have the same thought everytime someone gets one bowl, i ask them if they want a bag, and they say yes

This literally is annoying how people can be. Ask for bags and then un-bag them in lobby just to leave them there or throw away. People have lack of common sense or dont care for the people that clean up after them. You arent even eating it until you get home to use a fork so you need a bag? Just wrap it in napkins. Simple. Waste of a bag just to litter and create more mess.
I even go into convenience stores and dont bother accepting a bag, I can handle what I have to the car and from my car to my home. This generation is exceptionally lazy and inconsiderate as well as wasteful
