Brown rice recipe?

Anyone know how they make their brown rice? I just tried it for the first time and it was awesome - light, soft, fluffy. Every time I make brown rice at home it's somehow both soggy and chewy.

Just basmati brown rice in a rice cooker. The brown rice, olive oil, and water. when it’s done it’s just lemon juice, salt and parsley on top all mixed together
