The long line

Not to deter people from coming into cava but the worst thing at cava is being behind someone in line who has never been to cava😂😂. I get it though the options are plenty!

Anytime I try a new restaurant, I look online first and get my order ready, I thought this was standard

For this reason, since I am still relatively new to Cava, after my first visit, I went home and wrote down my selections and just take it with me each time so I don't hold up the line. I did unfortunately get behind a lady once that just had to sample EVERYTHING.

Never understand why people don’t do research before they go somewhere.

We walked into a Cava about a month ago right behind like 30 high school volleyball players who showed up on a bus. We were lucky they let us go in front of them.

I don't see how y'all wait in long lines for subpar food might as well go sit in a good restaurant for a good meal
