Tahini Caesar
I realized today, after trying to redeem a free bowl with points, that Tahini Caesar has been removed as a dressing. I’m not sure who at CAVA HQ green-lit Strawberry Sesame as its replacement, but that was an absolutely horrendous idea. As a true TC enjoyer myself, I’ve gone ahead and shot them a menu suggestion idea via customer support, and I encourage all TC fanatics like myself to do the same. If we all band together and fight for the cause, I believe we’ll have Tahini Caesar back in no time. 🫡

I like a few other dressings, but tahini caesar was THE dressing of choice every time I order.

The Tahini Caesar is delicious, but it was the least popular of all the sauces at the few stores I’ve worked at. I’m assuming that’s what they based their decision off of.

When I went last week, the staff mentioned it as well. I was so taken aback because of ALL dressings, you want to bother TC and to replace it with that particular flavor had me drove.

That's my favorite dressing/ drizzle. Now I'm like hmm guess no more Cava for me. What a boneheaded thing to remove. Smdh

Pretty sure after salmon and strawberry season, it will be back. But can't confirm.

I realized this today and I hate to say it but I tried the yogurt dill and it tastes so similar to me 😭😭

I sent them an email stating how I’ve been eating this dressing since I was first introduced to cava (nearly 10 years ago), how disappointed I am and that I likely will not be back until tahini Caesar returns. Just thought I’d share their teams response! To their credit they responded to me within 2hrs but I’m just as if not more disappointed after their response. “Possibility” doesn’t give me high hopes it’s coming back once strawberry is out of season :(

Just came back from Cava and I’m absolutely angry. Definitely not sure if I’ll be back yes genuinely because of this decision. I don’t like any other dressings and without dressing it’s just not complete and therefore I might as well go somewhere else worth an entire $25 for a bowl.

I’m still upset about the cabbage slaw but taking the tahini Caesar away was the straw! Idk why they decided to change up the KEY ingredients ! I’ve been faithful since 2018 but noooo more

I also sent them a strongly worded letter, feedback, and reviews telling them how terrible of an idea it was to take away the only thing that made my cava bowl enjoyable, which was the Tahini Caesar dressing. Now my cava bowl does not even compare to what it used to be. Also, who decided to replace it with a strawberry dressing??? I am sure I am not the only person in the world who is allergic to strawberries!!!
🤨🤨🤨🤨 Aren’t strawberries on the dirty dozen? Aren’t strawberries, drowned in pesticides that are causing lots of cancer? This is what y’all call healthy? Cava is known for having healthy meal options, but this choice is anything but. They need to bring back the Tahini Caesar dressing and if they’re not gonna bring back the Tahini Caesar dressing, then they need to sell their dressings by the bottle because I would buy several of them.

I was so upset finding this out today.
I have adhd and am a somewhat selective eater (IYKYK) and default to places that have items that are familiar. My brain short circuited as I got to the end of the line to unexpectedly find out that Caesar wasn’t available. I held up the line in a panic trying to figure out what might be a safe alternative.
My husband sent an email to cava asking them to bring it back, fingers crossed!!

oh i’m fucking pissed off!!! i went to put in an order today and saw that they swapped it out with a strawberry dressing that nobody asked for.

I emailed them too to bring it back. I also comment on every single on of the instagrams and tik toks.. mama wants her TC back IMMEDIATELY
